We are located in the Hradec Králové region on a plot on a steep slope. At the beginning, we conducted a study of the possibilities of building on the plot to meet all the requirements of the zoning plan and at the same time the investor had a choice of several options for the final yield. After consultation with the investor, we selected a study with two apartment buildings, each with three residential units.
Not only were drawings prepared for the material study of the development on the plot, but also a more detailed study was prepared to verify the chosen solution, followed by engineering work (not part of the study) and visualization of the possible solution.
